River Bend is a recreational vehicle camping resort, with seasonal programs and activities for family members and their guests.
 
The Park is located in the Falling Waters District of West Virginia, a short drive from the Washington and Baltimore metro areas. It is secured by a guarded gate year-round with entrance by identification of members, family, and their guests.
 
Members own their lots and contribute annual dues to offset a budget for capital and operating expenses and services.
 
Our Office located across from security will take care of all your questions and concerns, maintenance issues, payments, issuing of passes, etc. A&E and Berkeley Co. building permit applications are available for all of your lot improvements.

We understand the importance of having access to clean, comfortable facilities. Our seven Bathhouses are designed for your convenience, with shower facilities available for members to use. Open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, our Bathhouses offer plenty of opportunities to refresh after a long day.

For those who need extra flexibility, Bathhouse #2, located on Ranger Road, is available 24 hours a day during the open season. It’s perfect for early risers or those with a busy schedule.

Looking to host a private event or gathering? We have three Pavilions strategically located throughout the community, available for members to reserve. Whether it’s a birthday party, family reunion, or corporate function, our Pavilions provide the ideal space to bring people together. Access to the Water at the River Bend Boat Club

For our water-loving members, the River Bend Boat Club (RBBC) is the gateway to endless fun. Our boat ramp, maintained and sponsored by the RBBC, is available to members for a small annual fee, allowing easy access to the Potomac's beautiful waters. Whether you’re planning a day of cruising, fishing, or just enjoying the scenic views, the boat ramp is the perfect starting point for your river adventure.

Horseshoes, Tournaments, and More

If you're looking to spend a few hours relaxing on dry land, River Bend has you covered. • Easter Party: Every spring, the Easter Bunny makes a special visit, and the celebration includes games, crafts, and delicious goodies for the kids.
• Fourth of July Fireworks: Our Independence Day celebration features one of the best fireworks displays in the area, drawing crowds from near and far. There are also plenty of other exciting activities throughout the weekend.
• Golf Cart Parades: Get ready for some fun and flair as our golf cart parades roll through River Bend. From colorful decorations to themed parades, there are prizes for the best carts in various categories.
• Annual Car Show: Vintage cars, souped-up golf carts, and motorcycles take over the Ball Field area for our highly anticipated Car Show. Judging is tough, and there are trophies and prizes up for grabs. Don’t miss the Ice Cream Social, hosted by the River Bend Boat Club, which accompanies this fan-favorite event.
