As we transition into the fall season, here are some important updates and reminders to help you stay connected and informed:

1. Membership & Fees: Renewals and New Memberships

  • New Membership (1st year): $75

  • Rejoin (if you missed the 2024 renewal): $75

  • Annual Renewal Fees:

    • $30 at official key exchanges

    • $40 if renewing at an Officer’s lot

  • Lost Key Replacement: $25

Reminder:

  • Key exchanges at the shed have officially ended for the season.

  • There are only a few weekends left to renew your membership before the season ends. If you miss this deadline, you’ll need to rejoin as a new member next year for $75.

  • Membership is valid from January 1 – December 31. Please make sure to renew before the new year begins!

  • Important: The lock will change on or about April 1, 2026, and a new key will be required.

2. Officer Visit Guidelines: Please Be Patient

Our officers are volunteers balancing work, family, and personal time, so we ask for your understanding when reaching out.

Visit Hours:

  • Please only visit officers between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  • Simply ride to an officer’s lot to check if someone is available to help.

  • We are doing our best to stay available, but please refrain from emailing or messaging to ask about availability.

3. Upcoming Event: Dock Removal

  • Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025

  • Weather permitting: Please check the Park Newsletter, RBBC Facebook Page, or the website for weather updates and event changes.

5. Park Pass Reminder

Don’t forget to bring your park pass when visiting the club! It’s required for access, and failure to bring it may result in denied entry. Keep it handy!

We hope this keeps you informed and prepared for the season ahead. Let’s stay active, connected, and continue to support the River Bend Boat Club community. Thank you all for your involvement, and we look forward to another great year!
