Highlights & Results
The River Bend Boat Club hosted its annual Youth Fishing Tournament on July 12th, 2025, with an impressive 34 young anglers participating. Despite the summer heat, the event was a big success – with over 189 fish caught, totaling more than 88.25 feet in length!
A huge thank you goes out to all the boat captains, first mates, and behind-the-scenes helpers who made this day memorable. Special appreciation to Larry & Christi Cottle at River Bend Bar & Grill for donating 50 dozen worms and captain gift certificates. Thanks also to Tammy Alexander, Nicole Jones, Nicole & Calley Easterday, and Bradley Nitz for helping feed the crowd. Big shout-out to all who gave monetary donations – you keep this tradition alive!
