At River Bend, the safety of our community and guests is always our top priority. To ensure everyone enjoys a fun and secure environment, RBMC follows specific guidelines outlined in TC-7 of RBMC uniform code regarding the operation of golf carts and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).
Golf Cart Operation Guidelines
- Operators must be at least 12 years of age to drive a golf cart.
- Any operator under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while driving.
- Anyone under the age of 16 is required to:
- Complete a license safety course, and
- Sign a waiver releasing River Bend of all liability.
ATV Operation Policy
All-terrain vehicle operators must be at least 16 years of age or older to operate an ATV on the property.
