As we move into August, we’re happy to report positive progress on both income and expenses.
Dues Collected: We’ve successfully collected 100% of the dues budgeted for the year.
Remaining Income: We still have 24% of our total budgeted income left to collect. This includes sources such as gate passes, violation fees, work orders, and initiation fees for new members.
Spending Outlook: Our expenses are tracking well. As of now, we’ve only used 46% of the annual budget, leaving 54% remaining—well ahead of projections.
Utilities: While July’s electric bill has not yet been received, we are currently at 66% of our utilities budget remaining for the year.
Looking Ahead: Over the next week, we’ll be finalizing all July expenses in preparation for the upcoming Membership Meeting.
