General Manager’s Report

We’ve had a busy week, with a few challenges but plenty to be thankful for as we head into Memorial Day weekend. Here’s a quick update:

  • Power Update: A member recently damaged one of our power poles, affecting blocks 92 (lots 30-43) and 139 (lots 96-110). We’re working on getting things fixed and may have temporary power restored by Friday afternoon.

  • Pool: Our pool inspection has passed, and we're ready to open! Here are the Memorial Day weekend hours:

    • Friday, May 23rd: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    • Saturday, May 24th: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    • Sunday, May 25th: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    • Monday, May 26th: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

A huge thank you to the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces for your sacrifices. You are never forgotten.

Maintenance Report

We’ve faced some weather-related challenges this past week, but the good news is that most power has been restored following recent flooding. Here are a few reminders for safety:

  • Power Issues: Please avoid tampering with electrical systems. If you need to make any changes, contact the maintenance team for approval.

  • Trees Down: We had another small storm, and a tree fell on Forrest Lane. Fortunately, no injuries, but there was some property damage.

The trash compactor is back up and running, so please use it for household trash and leave dumpster space for construction debris.

Help Shape the Future of Our Park!  We need your support! Our park relies on dedicated volunteers to help with everything from financial planning to organizing recreation activities. Right now, we are missing some key committees that are essential for the park's success.  Ways You Can Help:
Financial Planning – Helping with budgeting and funding opportunities.  Event Planning & Recreation Activities – Organizing events, sports, and community programs.  General Park Planning – Assisting with long-term development and maintenance.  The committee interest forms are available at the office and detail the tasks and responsibilities of each committee. This is a great opportunity to get involved and make a real impact in our community.  We can’t do it without you—consider signing up today!
