Contractors Tap Here For Application

Whether you're planning a renovation, routine maintenance, or a special project, it’s important to hire a contractor who meets both your needs and the park’s guidelines. To make your search a bit easier, we’ve compiled a list of contractors who have previously worked for members of River Bend. This list is a helpful starting point, but it’s essential to understand the full process and expectations before making your selection.

Who Can Perform Work at River Bend? All contractors are welcome to perform work within the park, but there are a few important rules to be aware of:

Members-Only Access: Contractors hired by River Bend members can access the park directly, without needing to sign in (assuming they’ve worked here before). This streamlines the process and saves time for both you and your contractor.

Sign-In Requirement for New Contractors: Contractors who have not worked at River Bend before will need to be signed in as guests by the member requesting their services. The standard guest rate will apply for their entry.

The Contractor List: We maintain a list of contractors who have done work for members in the past. While we cannot guarantee their availability, services, or pricing, contractors on this list are typically:

Licensed and insured
  • Familiar with River Bend’s rules and regulations
  • Approved to work within the park

New Contractors and Background Checks: We take the safety of our members seriously. As a result, we require that any outside contractor hired by a River Bend member file a completed form with us.

Important Disclaimer: Please note that the contractor list provided by River Bend is for reference purposes only. The list does not imply an endorsement of any particular contractor, nor does the RBMC guarantee the quality of their work. Members are strongly encouraged to conduct their own research, check reviews, and confirm qualifications before hiring any contractor for work at River Bend.

Hiring the right contractor is an essential part of completing a successful project at your River Bend site. By following these guidelines and taking the time to verify the qualifications of potential contractors, you can ensure a smooth, safe, and compliant experience. Whether you’re choosing from the list of recommended contractors or bringing in a new professional, always remember to do your due diligence.
