River Bend is a recreational vehicle camping resort, with seasonal programs and activities for family members and their guests. The Park is located in the Falling Waters District of West Virginia, a short drive from the Washington and Baltimore metro areas. It is secured by a guarded gate year-round with entrance by identification of members, family, and their guests.
Members own their lots and contribute annual dues to offset a budget for capital and operating expenses and services.
Our Office located across from security will take care of all your questions and concerns, maintenance issues, payments, issuing of passes, etc. A&E and Berkeley Co. building permit applications are available for all of your lot improvements.
