At River Bend RV Park, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality, environmental responsibility, and community pride. As our community continues to grow and evolve, it’s more important than ever to ensure that every change made within the park reflects the values and aesthetic that make River Bend such a special place to own and visit.

A cornerstone of this effort is the Architectural & Environmental (A&E) Committee. This committee plays a vital role in upholding the visual and environmental integrity of the park. By reviewing and approving all proposed property modifications—such as construction projects, additions, or alterations—the A&E Committee helps ensure that changes are consistent with our community’s overall look, feel, and long-term vision.

Whether you're enhancing your property or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds us, we ask that all members respect the guidelines established by the River Bend Management Corporation (RBMC) and the A&E Committee. These processes are in place not to restrict creativity, but to preserve the charm and cohesiveness of our community.

Here are a few important reminders:

  • All construction, additions, or exterior alterations must receive prior approval from the A&E Committee before any work begins.

  • Adhering to the community’s By-Laws and Protective Covenants helps safeguard property values and promotes a unified, attractive environment.

  • Early communication is key. If you’re unsure whether your plans require approval, don’t hesitate to ask.

If you have any questions or need assistance navigating the approval process, please reach out to the A&E Committee or contact the River Bend RV Park General Manager to make the process smooth and transparent for everyone involved.

By working together and following these simple guidelines, we can all contribute to the long-term success and beauty of River Bend RV Park—a place we are proud to call "camp".
