Overall, the weekend went very smoothly.

Electrical issues were minimal:

One fuse blew on Friday—quickly replaced.

A few isolated low voltage issues were reported and are being investigated.

Some breakers and GFCIs were replaced as routine fixes.

Water System Update

Water tower level dropped more than usual, raising concern.

Issue traced to a booster pump control malfunction, now resolved.

All pumps (boosters and wells) are mechanically and electrically sound.

Two major water leaks were found and repaired:

One from an old but still-active service point.

One from a previously capped-off line.

Compactor Yard
-
Well-managed throughout the weekend—thank you, members!

Despite a curveball from Waste Management (no extra dumpsters), they dumped the existing ones mid-Saturday, which helped avoid overflow.

Yard was full by Monday but did not overflow.
Pump-Out System
-
New system testing phase nearly complete and performing well.
-
Over 1,000 pump-outs completed during the test.

Minor issues were quickly resolved.
