A Note on Reckless Driving

Security would like to remind all park members that reckless driving is defined as operating any vehicle with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of people or property. This includes:

  • Driving at excessive speeds

  • Performing stunts like wheelies, burnouts, or swerving

  • Driving off-road or standing while operating a vehicle

Though some may argue that "speeding isn't reckless driving," it’s important to remember that our roads are narrow, full of twists and blind turns, and often crowded with pedestrians, children, and other vehicles. Even slight speeding can easily become a dangerous situation.

Our goal isn’t to punish—it’s to protect. Security receives no benefit from issuing tickets. We’re simply doing our best to keep everyone safe and to preserve the community we all love.

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to safety!
