Pool Season Changes
We’ve recently lost two lifeguards due to school commitments. While we still have coverage, pool days will be adjusted in the coming weeks.

Security Vehicle Incident
One of our security vehicles was struck by a park member while parked and unmanned. Damage was minor, and repairs are being coordinated through the member’s insurance.
Pump Out Request Software Success
The new system is getting excellent feedback—371 lot owners are already registered! Benefits include:

Fireworks 2026 – Date Change
Due to the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, fireworks contractors are booked for July 4th. We are working to finalize a contract for Friday, July 3rd, 2026 instead. An official announcement will be made once details are confirmed.
