Respect Quiet Hours at River Bend
As part of our ongoing effort to keep River Bend a peaceful and enjoyable place for all, RBMC would like to remind members of the noise ordinance currently in effect.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
During these hours, noise levels should not exceed 60 decibels—about the volume of a normal conversation or the hum of an air conditioner.
These guidelines are part of River Bend's community policies and align with Berkeley County's noise ordinance. Security has the authority to enforce these rules to ensure a respectful environment for everyone.
Noise Violation Penalties at River Bend:

1st Offense: Warning

2nd Offense: $50 Fine

3rd Offense: $100 Fine
If Berkeley County Sheriff's Office responds to a noise complaint:

1st Offense: $250–$500 Fine

Additional Offenses: $500–$1,000 Fine
