As discussed and approved during a previous Membership Meeting, this notice serves to clarify the decision regarding the use of common ground for parking. Please review the guidelines below to ensure compliance and help maintain the property for the enjoyment of all members.

Parking on Common Ground: Key Points

  • Parking is permitted on common ground, but this permission is limited to designated common areas. Parking is not allowed on individual River Bend lots.

Conditions for Parking:

  • Parking Duration: Vehicles, trailers, or other equipment may remain on common ground for a maximum of 72 hours.

  • No Long-Term Parking: Long-term or indefinite parking is not allowed in common areas.

Important Reminder:

  • Removal of Personal Property: All trailers, vehicles, equipment, and other personal property must be removed from both common ground and any part of River Bend property before the end of the season. This is crucial for maintaining the area and preparing for the off-season.

Notice from the County Tax Surveyor:

  • The county tax surveyor will be onsite to inspect the property. Any personal items left on River Bend grounds may be subject to taxation.

  • If these items remain on the property, the River Bend Corporation could be assessed taxes, resulting in additional costs for the community. To avoid these unnecessary expenses, we ask all members to ensure their personal property is removed in a timely manner.

We Appreciate Your Cooperation:

Adhering to these guidelines helps us maintain the property and avoid additional costs for the community. We appreciate your efforts to keep River Bend a well-maintained and enjoyable place for all members.

Questions or Clarifications:

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact a Board member. We're happy to assist with any concerns you may have.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation!
