Employee of the Month – July 2025
River Bend is thrilled to introduce a new monthly tradition at RBMC—Employee of the Month!
This recognition is awarded to an employee who consistently goes above and beyond their role, embodying the values we strive for in our organization. Each month, the department heads and board will nominate and select an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and teamwork.
For our very first Employee of the Month, please join us in congratulating Darrod Doleman for July 2025!
Darrod has set the bar high, and here are just a few words shared by those who work alongside him:

I’ve personally seen Darrod in action—particularly during the demanding July 4th weekend. Despite the chaos and high demand, he led his team with a positive, can-do attitude, and exemplified calm, professional leadership. It’s no exaggeration to say that his work ethic and demeanor helped keep the weekend running smoothly for everyone.
As a token of appreciation, Darrod will receive a $50 gift card of his choosing and have his name proudly displayed on the Employee of the Month placard in the office throughout August.
