After you create your account, the RBMC office staff will review your information during regular office hours to confirm you're the lot owner. Once verified, they’ll assign your lot and approve your account.
Prefer not to create an account? That’s fine, the paper pump out sheets have been replaced with a new kiosk at the guard shack. Step-by-step instructions for using it will be available at the kiosk. However if you only use the Kiosk you will not receive updates of when you are pumped out. We encourage everyone to sign up for an account.
