River Bend understands that lot owners may need to access passes outside of regular office hours. To ensure smooth and efficient service when the office is closed, the Security Desk can only provide a limited selection of passes. Here is an overview of the passes available during after-hours:

48-Hour Passes
72-Hour Passes
Unlimited Guest Passes (provided the pass has already been purchased during office hours)
Purchases Outside Office Hours:
If you need a pass other than the ones listed above, such as a Season Pass, please be aware that you will need to make this purchase during office hours. However, if you're unable to come to the office, we can still assist you remotely. We accept season pass renewal forms and new season pass applications via email, and payments can be processed over the phone.
Planning Ahead:
It’s important to plan ahead if you're looking to purchase a season pass outside of normal office hours. Be aware that any season pass purchases made after purchasing an after-hours pass at the Security Desk cannot have charges removed from your account.
