Update March 30. Power Activation Notice for Lots with Paid Dues:
The power for lots that have paid their first half of the dues will be turned on. Once you arrive at your lot, please remember to turn the lever at the front of your lot to activate the power.
River Bend Management Company (RBMC) keeps the power off until you arrive to ensure that electricity isn't sent to your camper when you're not present.
Important Reminder: Electric Service Policies (Mar 29)
As we gear up for another great season at the park, we want to remind everyone about the dues payment schedule and its impact on your electric service.
First Half Dues & Electric Service
If you have not paid your first half dues before arriving at the park, your electric will not be turned on. These dues were due by January 31st, and if they remain unpaid, you will need to settle them along with any applicable late fees before your electric can be restored.
Additionally, there is a fee to have your electric turned back on once you arrive. We will provide maintenance with a list of accounts needing service, but please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for reconnection. The team will do their best to have power restored within 24 hours, and some may be completed sooner, but we appreciate your patience as they work through the requests.
Second Half Dues Deadline
The second half of your dues is due by Tuesday, April 1st. A 30-day grace period will be given, meaning that late fees will begin to apply on May 2nd, and at that point, electric shut-offs will also begin for unpaid accounts.

Please remember that these policies have been in place for some time, and our staff is simply following them. We understand that unexpected issues can arise, but we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation. Our team is here to help, and treating them with kindness goes a long way!

Power Restored for Season Opening on March 28th, 2025
River Bend (RBMC) is excited to announce that all power will be fully restored for the park’s season opening on March 28th, 2025! RBMC has been working diligently to ensure everything is ready for your arrival. While power will be gradually turned on throughout the day, RBMC expects all power to be fully functional by the end of the day (March 27), as long as your dues are paid.
Important Note:
In order to activate the power at your specific lot, you will need to flip the switch located at the power box at the end of your lot. We keep these switches off until your arrival to avoid any potential issues with your camper while you’re not here.
The power box should look like this in the image below. You will see a switch in the “down” position (marked in red). Simply flip it up to turn the power on.
