At River Bend RV Park, we believe that maintaining a high standard of quality and environmental responsibility is essential to creating a vibrant and cohesive community. The A&E Committee plays an integral role in ensuring that all modifications to properties are in harmony with the park’s overall aesthetic and values.

Whether you're looking to enhance your property or just enjoying the natural beauty around you, we encourage all residents to respect the processes set forth by the RBMC and the A&E Committee. By doing so, we can all contribute to making River Bend RV Park a place that continues to be both a beautiful and peaceful haven for years to come.
  • The A&E Committee is vital in maintaining the aesthetic and environmental standards of River Bend RV Park.
  • All construction, additions, or alterations must be approved by the committee before proceeding.
  • Adhering to the By-Laws and Protective Covenants helps preserve property values and the community’s unique charm
If you have any questions please reach out to the A&E Committee or ask the River Bend RV Park General Manager for assistance.

If you're planning any construction, renovations, or additions to your property within River Bend RV Park, here’s what you’ll need to do to get approval:

Review the By-Laws and Restrictions:
Before starting any project, make sure you’re familiar with the By-Laws and the Protective Covenants & Restrictions. These documents outline the specific rules and guidelines that must be followed for any construction within the community.

Prepare Your Proposal: You’ll need to submit detailed plans for your project to the A&E Committee. This includes drawings, materials, colors, and any other information that will help the committee evaluate your proposal.

Submit Your Application: Once your plans are ready, submit them to the A&E Committee for review. Be prepared to make any adjustments to meet the committee’s guidelines if necessary.

Wait for Approval: The committee will carefully review your submission. If your project is in line with the community standards, you’ll receive approval to proceed. If any changes are needed, the committee will work with you to ensure your project aligns with the community’s standards.
