Update Mar 30. RBMC is testing a new pump out application this weekend and hope to roll it out soon. Until then members will continue to schedule pump outs as we have in the past. Please circle your block and lot number on the pump out sheet that will be placed at the security window.
March 1. The RBMC Office is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new pump out software, which will make requesting and managing pump outs much easier for park members. The software will allow members to request pump outs through various methods, including their phones, and will provide frequent updates on the status of each request. A testing phase will begin next month, with a full rollout expected by May or June. The system is user-friendly, and there will be videos and guides to help members use it. Additionally, it will provide valuable data for the park's management team to improve operations. The project is being developed by a park member's company at a very reasonable price, and the Board is eager for the software to be available later this year.
