System Update: Watch List Now Fully Functional at RBMC!
RBMC is always working to improve our systems and security—and is excited to share a big update!
The River Bend General Manager recently worked closely with both the RBMC Member Management software provider and IT contractor to resolve a long-standing issue with the Easy Lobby Watch List feature. Thanks to this collaboration, the system is now fully operational!
Why This Update Matters:
The Watch List is a critical tool used to monitor individuals who have a Notice to Occupy (NTO) on file. Previously, a software glitch prevented it from functioning correctly, limiting our ability to ensure secure access—especially during the busy season.
Why We Waited Until Last Off-Season:
Fixing the issue required a full database backup and rebuild. To avoid disruptions during peak times, we scheduled the update during the off-season—ensuring a smooth and safe transition.
What’s New:

Instant Alerts: If someone on the Watch List tries to check in, security is immediately notified.

Real-Time Updates: Once an NTO is lifted, individuals are promptly removed from the list.

Improved Security: The system now supports more accurate, efficient access control for members and guests.
This long-awaited fix is a major win for our community’s safety and operations, and we’re proud to share the results.
